I've purchased products out of this organization many times. I actually donot understand what has occurred there-but the support lately continues to be inadequate.in June I requested many Holiday decorations and image frames. Got a number of complicated emails regarding backorders, subsequently obtained a partial cargo with guarantee to deliver the rest of the products within thirty days. The only real items we obtained were the backordered products.By today, January 11 we've not obtained the rest of the products, despite the fact that we were billed entirely for the whole purchase. Emails delivered by us to American Gold on December 1, December 24 and Jan 10 have all gone unanswered.
