Internet training products. Took my money real fast and didn't get my postal exam or nothing froze my computer, called for a refund and never no call back took my cash and didn't give me what they promised on the ad

I'm online job hunting came across this ad, looking for Job at US postal service. To begin you must pass a test with 70 and passing with 90% is even better. First you must pay 39.99 for exam and then possible get job. It does have more info. I'm very up set a bout this, at this point I just want money back. This is wrong very very wrong to post these job site's and take folks money. Please help me
