I bought a-10 liter REAL IT on 19/04. At 07/0711, I requested a germkill package for change. Next-Day an individual called as Vivek with contact No. 9971364298 found alter the kit. He cost Rs. 280 thirty from me. Next day after installing of germkit, It begins leaking. I again speek to individual who had arrived at alter the package, but he's not able to quit leaking. He maintains on stating me in the future this day or that evening, in this manner he invest nearly a month. Then lastly, I chose to criticism about this to and do exactly the same on 08/08 with criticism No. C-1136301-712. The individual on customer service speek me to cheek this issue within two operating days. Nobody arrived till night 09/08. Finally at night at 09/08, I again keep in touch with an individual at client care. He again assured me exactly the same with criticism No. C-113633100. One individual arrived and attempt to solve the issue, although not succeed. He requested concerning the statement for that transformed kit. Previous individual hasn't offered me-any statement from the requested germkill kit. I responded that I've no statement as not been supplied. He Then requested for 50 rupees as labour cost, I refused as my REAL IT'S in guarantee time & additionally I've not been informed by customer service concerning the work charge. He stated that He cannot do something if so, I've to exhibit the bill. Then I questioned him for that answer he explained that I've to purchase a brand new germkill package, Easily purchase sort him he is able to provide me on reduced cost than client care. I responded why must I purchase though I've purchased already. He went Absent without performing anything. Then I asked for that Prior individual Vivek With No. 9971364298. I requested him for statement, But he again create trick of me stating He may arrived on that evening or this day. Then again On 21/08, I named on customer service With Criticism No. D-113663706. They read exactly the same tale as typical of solving the issue in two operating days. After three times, one individual named me to inquire about the bill. I responded that I actually donot possess the bill. He stated If u possess the bill just then I will do anything. Then I again named at customer service on 04/09 with criticism No. C-113694440 for my problem. They read the same account of solving in two Operating days. Nobody arrived up. Then I again named at customer service on 08/09 With criticism No. C-113702458 & also spoke to Tl Mr. Ashwin. He read exactly the same tale of solving in two Operating days. Nobody arrived up. Then I again named at customer service on 11/09 with criticism No. C-113709122 for my problem. They read exactly the same tale of solving in two Operating days. Nobody got up.
What Must I do Today?
Must I repeat exactly the same tale of calling at customer service?
Must I buy the germkill kit-form again since one individual from REAL it creates trick of me by not supplying me the bill for prior package and another is ultimately making me to buy it from him when I took the bill of prior statement?
Have i devoted an extremely extreme offense of purchasing the REAL IT?
Is that this must be the conduct of the famous company like Hindustan handle?
Must I visit Customer Courtroom?
