Six months into a broker account, waiting for electric and free solar panel installation programs to come to my area where I already have a strong consumer client base, as I was assured was in the works and would happen by year-end, has now been confirmed as NOT happening.
Looking through all the print and online materials, I cannot find any instructions as to how to cancel one's broker account except by sending a support request message. Any instructions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
