Dish customer service refuses to answer questions

I have had nothing but trouble with Dish Network from the beginning. If there is any sort of bad weather, forget about watching TV. If the wind blows and a branch moves on a tree, forget about watching TV. If they told me this was going to happen I never would have had it installed. Whenever a tech comes out they tell me to cut down my trees, but they can't determine which ones they think are the problem.

The last tech decided that he didn't like the way the installer had mounted the dish so he decided to remount it, of course it has been there for nearly 2 years. After he messed with it I had even worse service than before. Every time I go online to access the chat line, it is unavailable. I have sent a total of 7 emails over the last 2 weeks and have yet to get a response. They did however sent an email notice that my bill is now due. As I see it they should be refunding a large portion of my payments since I am unable to watch TV.

Phone calls to customer service are useless as the only thing they say is to reset the system. That's a joke! It does absolutely no good.

I have asked that they do not automatically renew my service at the end of the original 2 year agreement but have not received an acknowledgement of this request.

Dish Network is a total ripoff! I will be switching back to cable. It might cost more, but at least it is reliable.
