Contacted www.westop4closurenow.com to assist us in working out of a foreclosure situation, in August. We were already about to lose our home when I contacted this company, we had no time to lose! Mr. Dancea badgered me daily for 2 weeks to wire the money so he could get started. Once the money was wired, he would not return calls, no e-mail responses, and according to my mortgage company, they never received any correspondence from them on our behalf.
Initially, he advised us to throw away papers from the foreclosure attorney, tear up foreclosure papers from our mortgage company and not to bother making another payment until we heard from him again... Which was never. We were forced to file a Chapter 13 to save our house... Do not use this rip-off company!
