02 08 2011 I experienced Horror at hollister s my 12 year old grand-daughter was in the changing room and asked one of the three young ladies chatting for a different size she came back without and said they did not have them in stock so my 12 year old had to get dressed and went out to find them herself which she did!!! WORST TO COME when we arrived home excited to show of her clothes which I might add cost £186.00 for five items one item was missing, disappointed as she was returning to the states on the 04 08 2011. I phoned Hollisters at Southampton uk and was told after they had checked there cameras that it had been paid for BUT NOT put in my bag by yet another sloppy assistant, one of many. So people, check your bags as Hollisters takes your money but may not give you the goods!!!
I asked them to post them as I live in Dorchester over an hour on the train and expensive journey for me a senior citizen, I was told by the Manager they DO NOT post I have to collect so not only is my granddaughter upset I have been robbed and tricked by this un professional company. So what now I have to spend my time as not very good on the computer explaining all of this as the store refused to give me a phone number. Please email me for my address to post too.
