I purchased a Tom-Tom satellite navigation program in December. I worked well until early 2008.instantly it ceased operating and appeared totally lifeless. It'd not been decreased or broken.
I approached TomTom and experienced the FAQa on the site for repairs or issues. Nothing worked. I called and they stated they'd telephone back and did not. Evenetually they stated ship it back for fix BUT could not provide any concept of price. I had beennot ready to provide them with an open chequebook. I sent again and obtained an answer saying I Would notice anything within 48 hours. Used to donot. Then I acquired a contact from client providers requesting if my question have been handled satisfactorily. They'venot answered. The hyperlink towards the client solutions contact details is nowadays damaged on the site. I called via Amsterdam and put on for a long time before holding up. The merchandise price around £400 and just worked for 1 5 years. I can not get assistance and that I believe the organization are ineffective as it pertains to customer service!!!
