An internet purchase was positioned to get a guitar charging several hundred bucks. The organization plan mentioned on my bill was the delivery verification could be delivered when the purchase was coming. The organization was sent twice questioning of cargo. After no reaction, a next e-mail aimed to delivery contact "John" was responded about the sixth time. John mentioned your guitar could be delivered that evening via UPS. No delivery verification with monitoring was supplied. Further calls/e-mail have now been overlooked from the organization. Them never came. Check online for other protest reviews. This isn't an isolated event. They've an extremely misleading blog, Facebook site, and site. Look around. Contact them. Buyer Beware!
