I have sent messages to representatives on the Touchstone website and emails as well. I have asked for the status of my order several times, with no clear answer. I would of been happy for a email confirmation and my forms to be sent digitally, even if they did not mail the hard copies. Nothing.
I paid for expedited service and priority mail. I have waited 2 months, and still nothing. There is never a representative on the 'Live Chat' and I have only received generic replys to my email messages. This is a $104 down the drain.
This website is designed to get the attention of Veterans, promising a service of delivering military records. This company is obviously designed to take advantage of Veterans and military personnel due to the circumstances we are in sometimes.
I understand that I will never get my money back from this scam, and there is no way that my order will ever be fulfilled. I just hope that this will save other Soldiers, Marines, Sailors, and Airmen from being ripped off and able to find another company to provide them this service
