Broker Promoter sells illegal fax broadcast marketing systems to unsuspecting mortgage brokers to advertise their services. The system Broker Promoter sells is against the law according to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991. It is unlawful to fax to any person or business without first obtaining their express written permission. Broker Promoter misleads it's clients into believing that since they send out a "permission document" that it makes it legal.
This is absolutely not the case. Beware of the legal liablilty of using one of these systems. If someone receives a fax from you they can sue you for up to $1,500.00 per fax, since Broker Promoter claims to be able to send out 40,000 faxes per month you could be liable for $60,000, 000.00 in lawsuites in just one month.
