Charged me for failing to pay a toll in Florida, when I wasn't even living in that state at the time of the alleged violation

I recieved a letter on September 2nd from the aforementioned firm. The letter accused me of failing to pay a Florida traffic citation fine charged on June 21st. However, I had moved out of state earlier that month, and was at that time in California. I never received anything from the county sheriff office, or the state of florida, or the city I was living in at the time. This is a scam!
