I bought a smarthphone on e-bay and didn't received the item. But after i paid the money, the seller closed his/her profile. And i still didn't get the item.
Because of that i opened a case on e bay for a refund. But they didn't gave my money back. And they also decided in sellers favor who is not an e-bay member any more. The seller got lost after i paid my money.
I tried to contact the seller on e bay lots of time but the seller didn't reply my messages.
I paid 205 dollars for that. And they don't make a refund. And they says there are consumer protection on e bay. But its all a lie.
That's what they told me after i paid 205$ ;
