SkyMall has got the toughest customer support actually. I requested a time December 17. Four weeks later I still don't contain it. After many emails and many calls I informed the skymall consultant to stop the purchase on 14 Jan. Yes, that's a complete month after I requested it!!! On Jan 15 I obtain a voicemail stating they delivered the time. And so I contact skymall again today and that I am told… delay before time gets there (3-5 business days or more), decline the bundle and deliver again (3-5 business days or more), watch for merchant to make contact with you (3-5 business days or never), AFTER WHICH you'll return my cash (3-5 business days). Wow actually?
