This company is full of liars and scam artists. I signed up with Marial Sanders to manage my property. She was the broker of AC&AM coporation. This company kept my rent money and when they finally sent me checks signed by their CFO Erick Ulate, they BOUNCED. Finally they claimed to have gone out of business and I took my business elsewhere while I took them to court.in court, Erick lied and lied. I dont know how they are getting away with it but I am sure people are still getting ripped off since I have seen that they are still in operation there. Mariel got her license revoked but I have never gotten my money. BEWARE! They will steal thousands from you!
