I opened my account with MCI back in March of Just yesterday I discovered that I was being charged $10.99 for 1000 minutes wrongly.
When I called MCI to inform them of this issue they told me that because I hadn't discovered the problem within the first 30 days after recieving the bill.
When I ask to speak to a supervisior on duty I was then told that I could not I would have to write my complaint and mail it in their was no other way to dispute these charges.
NO! They have been taking my money for the last ten months and I want it back now. To date The total amount is $120.89.
