Purchased some couches in June.
After 14 days they began breaking and splitting about the hands, on them all. We called SCS customer support, after 14 days a guy has arrived at check up on the furniture.
They said it may just be fixed and there's no method for reimbursement or perhaps a diverse group of furniture.
Next we've sent several characters for them, worrying that people have taken care of an excellent furniture and we don`t take them fixed. Another telephone calls and nothing.in july we requested the lawyers for aid. During another 5 weeks of waiting the lawyers have got us a complete refund.
Today it just leaves us with lawyers statement more than 800 lbs.
We're looking to get the charge for that laywer back, I believe they must provide the profit the very first location, not following the lawyers are mantioned, I`m truly tired of calling them-and all that scenario. Won't ever purchase from their website again easily study some complains below before i wouldn`t actually purchase from their website anyway.
