I arranged a trip to Cancun on 27th April and was said to be traveling 24 hours later. Because of the influenza that was on offer my specific trip was terminated. The woman named on my account, waiting on-hold for 5 minutes after which explained that she'll be waiting all day long the same as I had been plus they do not have the full time to hold back.
