I am a former employee of Move It Now, which also operates a business called Clean It Now. I was in sales and busted my ass to get new business for this unprofessional owner. This company thanked mefor my service by not showing up to do the moves I scheduled and that people paid for, being carelss and sloppy on the moves they actually showed up for, bouncing mine and others paychecks, refusing to refund customers money when the mistake was the company's fault, and finally, laying off the entire sales force.
This business owner cares nothing for the customers he rips off, he cares only about trying to get gullible people to buy into his "franchise opportunity". The movers who worked for him were unqualified and, very often, criminals who had serious records. I believe that they stole several items from customers of mine (the police were involved several times), and several of the guys ended up having to quit because they were being incarcerated. I had several paychecks bounce and I had a hell of a time getting money that was due me.in fact, it still isnt completely resolved. I only got what I got because I had my attorney call this idiot and I also called Newschannel 5's investigative reporting team. After we were all laid off, we got the run around about getting paid, like he didnt have to pay us what we already earned, This owner consistently ignores calls from customers who had issues or needed to file claims on their moves. He avoided taking calls at all costs. He also didnt pay his business bills because creditors were calling every day about past due bills. I continually got callsfrom unsatified customers during my employment and well into the time I was laid off because they werent able to reach anyone at the office. The jerk refused to return their calls or even answer the phone.
I would advise anyone moving who gets a call from these people (and there are franchises all over the country) to choose another moving company, one that doesnt completely suck! This company will totally screw you over and they are horrible.
