I can't get into specific detail right now because for the first time in my life, I've been forced to file a lawsuit against this company. Don is a downright liar and thief. He took money for services and equipment he did not complete, kept making promises after promises after promises and never came through.
Now I'm out more than $1000 more because someone else had to clean up his mess.
If you do use this company, DO NOT prepay for anything!
If you do, Don will run away and never answer his phone again. True professional he is not!
There are too many good pool service companies out there and Don just gives them all a bad name.
