I get calls from these people saying that I have some kind of an agreement or contract with them

I get calls from these folks stating that I've some type of an arrangement or agreement together, which easily wish to stop I owe them $400. I never heard about these folks before they named me, many times. I don’t understand their area, condition, telephone number. I told them I'll not spend them something, of course if they would like to take-me to courtroom it’s good, atleast subsequently I’ll discover who and where they're.
