Michael Yates represented me in a contempt of court hearing in the domestic relation court of Washington County, Oregon. He came to court completely unprepared. He acted like he didn't know why we were there. He had lost all of the documentation proving that I was innocent. He basically sat there like a spectator left me to defend Myself. I am disabled and was on medication and was so nervous that I couldn't really help myself much either. I lost the case and was ordered to repay my ex husband all of the spousal support that I was paid since our divorce. This caused a great financial strain and I was forced to file bankruptcy.
