Frequent Calls, Even After 8:30 P.M.!

I am registered with the National Do Not Call registry. Despite that, I have received numerous phone calls from this number (too numerous to count). On this particular date, I tried to call back. Unable to reach a live person, I left a message that I wanted my number removed from their call list and that I would submit a complaint to the National Do Not Call Registry for violations.
