My name is samantha joanna. I have been a truck driver 38 years, never a ticket or accident in my driving career. Recently i submitted a pre-employ ap to a company whocalled me back to tell me there were many multiple names on my dac report! I have been trying to clear up a horrible case of identity theft created by a known person to me, who already spent 5 yrs in prison, and now is in custody again currently. Oi have tried to get usis-dac services to remove this bogus info on me but they refuse. Again, i will be pushing to have this rremoved, as this is keeping me from gatting gainful employment! Usis thinks they are untouchable, but they are not. I will prevail usis! You had better remove these bogus names attatched to my name. Fyi, i have been married to the same man for 32 years! Explain this! Get those names off there n-o-w!
