Evaluation Solutions Real Estate Agents Beware! They Don't Pay for BPO's Ripoff Jacksonville Florida
Evalonline bpo

Between 2/11 - 8/11 I performed 40 Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) for this company. All BPO's were completed on time & accepted by quality control. To date I have rec'd NO payment for any of the orders. I have contacted the company several times and told various stories from *We hired someone to pay people* (most recently) *I have no idea if you will ever be paid*.

From talking to other real estate professionals it's clear that this company never intended to pay any of us & is engaging in an ongoing scheme to obtain free services for which they charge the end user (the mortgage holder).

They will try to respond stating my W9 is loaded on their system but that is a lie. All of my information is complete with them. I continue to receive a canned response: Thank you for contacting Evaluation Solutions,
Your email has been received and is being researched by the Accounts Payable Department.

As a reminder, please ensure that your online W-9 is complete and mailing address is correct. You can access this information in our website under your agent profile.

Thank you,
Evaluation Solutions

I would really like to be paid for my services that have been performed. I think your clients that you get your business from would like to know you are not paying for services they are paying you for and getting free work done. What if they stop paying you?
