ASKAR KARABAYEV is a crook from Kazakhstan. He cheated us on our home sale, and lied to conceal poor construction. Dont let this crook build or remodel your home. He is also bankrupt, and is loosing his home in Newport, which the bank is repossessing and his "ranch" in Lake Elsinore. Bye Bye Borat. His sidekick, Naum Voloshins is selling off his assets in texas. Jail awaits both of you crooks...
