I ordered a Joovy Room2 Ultralight playyard from AlbeeBaby.com. I then waited for shipping confirmation. I got none, though I did call a few times, I was unsure about delivery in time for my trip. I read a number of reviews regarding poor customer service & shipment, even receipt of used products. I got nervous & expressed my concern to Marissa in customer service. Marissa was wonderful & expediant. She noted that inventory in the warehouse was low & secured product from the store. She had it shipped within the hour & I received my playyard the next day! I was ultimately quite pleased with the service, product & did I mention, great price! I will definitely recommend AlbeeBaby.com to others. If there is a way that I can write a positive review to post, please let me know. I would be glad to rave given my experience with Marissa & the great price.
