I ordered a portable playyard & 2 travel booster seats. I was initially upset because I called & the play yard was out of stock & I needed it for an upcoming trip. The customer service was, however, excellent! I was able to recieve free shipping, even though, without the playyard, I didn't meet the $spend amount & I recieved the chairs the next day. If I had time, I might have waited for the play yard as the price was unbeatable. Ultimately, customer service saved an otherwise negative experience! If you direct me to sites, I would be glad to post a positive review for the company, I think customer service is of the utmost importance.
