but not to us, the realator had a problem with being preaproved for our loan, she wanted to know the full amount, whitch i feel she need not know the full amount she was just being nosie.
We purchased a home trough this firm 5 years ago from C Bauer of anderson and kime we lost that home due to a plant wide layoff we both worked at, so we did a chapter 7 3 years ago, with they felt that we could have not gotten a loan this soon well C baure was disscusing our private finances K Smail whitch i think is not allowd, and i think it would put C Bauer licenes at breach, would you like to do bussines with this type of stuff going on?
Well heres the other part of the storie the home irent from now was put on the market from the slum lord J Brendel that were having to move now because the wont fix anything in the home" The sewer backs up in the sink due to the bathrooms arent plumbed right it dosent have a venting tube and pushs fecies up into our sink, we have been dumping a 15 gallon plastic box that the sink drains into, the roof leaked that was fixed the beginning of the summer and still hasnt been fixed yet our child was almost hit in the head by falling debrie "paneling bricks dirt etc" the furnace still has yet to be fixed gas bill $275 a month thats set at 65 oh yea the bassment floods the furnace ad water heater every time it rains hard cost me a days work and $800 dollars in personal property" chain saws weedeaters 2 skill saws 2 camping tents and a dryer and some othe unreplaceible items,
just because it was not there problem. We sined a lease for a year and the owner J Brendel put up for sale while we were under our one year lease:) wow its no wonder the last tenants left after just 4 months.

Well mis smail i showing this home for them now we agreed to let Anderson and Kime show the home which was not statted in our lease to do so, Bad move When they bring people in to the home it is very well maintained and spotless because we would like to have our deposit back which i think well never see.
