Do not hire this person to coordinate your wedding! She was great for the first month after I hired her... Then she basically disappeared. She didn't even have time to meet with me in the weeks leading up to my wedding (which should have been a big sign). She stopped by our rehearsal dinner to pick up the items I wanted her to set up the next day... And basically vanished before we were done so I never even got to talk to her about anything.
The day of - no where to be found. We started pictures late b/c she was in charge of bringing the flowers to my hotel room and never showed. Her "assistant" said she would be right back. She never came back. This woman never even came to my wedding! Her "assistant" (who was nice enough but definitely not a coordinator) stayed the whole time. Turns out, Karen was at another wedding the whole day. Our slide show, that we paid extra for with the videographer, never got played. Our food to take home was put in some random guests car that they found a week later. The whole experience was a nightmare with her.
After the wedding I contacted her to get my money back. She kept saying she would, although she said it would have to be in small incriments as she didn't have enough. So I agreed. She never sent me anything. All the while my mom was dying, which she knew, and she said she'd give me my money back. She never did.
Stay away from this woman!!
