Contracted through a broker for transport of two vehicles from Nashville to California, delivery was three days late, then making delivery arrangements for the 4th of July at 8am. When delivery failed to show up, the driver then claimed to be "broken down" in the worst neighborhood in downtown Los Angeles, and I had to go pick up my vehicles.
When we arrived, the driver, Walter Martinez, smelled like a brewery. It is my belief he had gotten too drunk the night before to make it to an 8am delivery in Ventura county AND still charged FULL price! UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE, NOT TRUST WORTHY. NEVER allow WC & Associates Inc. Car Carrier haul your vehicle or you may have a bad experience too.
