This man is a scam artist. He pretends to be a contractor. He gives you an estimate, takes money from you, shows up a few times, then not at all. Always an excuse-"I'll be there Tuesday." Then Tuesday turns into Thursday. Thursday into next week ect. Always smells of booze too. Must spend all that money at the local bar.
