A few friends of mine referred me to "Heaven and Hell" Tatoos on Saturday 03-13 because I was searching for a belly button ring that was of good quality. When I was there I could not make up my mind (like most consumers) there was a lot to look at and detail.
While I was looking an old lady who I think may be the owner of Heaven and Hell came up to me and of course looking over my shoulder. I asked her some questions about the belly rings and her was very polite on Saturday to answer them back.
She then pulled a butterfly belly ring out and told me that this was one of her best sellers, I examined it and I was afraid that it would iritate my belly (I have very sensitive skin) and still was not quite sure. It looked very uncomfortable but it was quite cute.
I still hesitated and then started to browser around more but then she told me that if it bothered my belly at all to bring it back and she would exchange it for me and I though well ok I can try it, now, I am very aware of the sanitary of body jewerly and most places will not allow exhanges or returns and they do tell you this up front but in this case the so called owner of "Heaven and Hell" told me she would exhange it when I was there Saturday and not to worry.
Well after two days with this damn piece of shit belly ring I purchased from "Heaven and Hell Tatoos", my navel was infected. I was at work today Monday 03-15 and I could not even sit down because of so much pain (it was just way to big and dangly for someone my size and it rubbed me raw). I went back to "Heaven and Hell" because of what I was told from the old bitty who I think may own the place to exhange the belly ring for something smaller and when I got there sure enough the old bitty denied to give me an exchange or credit but that wasn't enough, she also said she would not ever take back any body jewerly because I as in me might have AIDS in which then I was and am even more furious.
I am now in search for her name so I can blackball her throughout the web. She could have least been honest and told me upfront that she was not going to exchange it instead of lying about the whole thing and push customers like me just to make a sale.
I am denying the payment in which it was placed on my credit card to see if she likes that "thank god for payment protection".
I also have to say that they "Heaven and Hell" should be inspected by OSHA or the Health Inspectors to see if they are up to code with sterilization. I don't think they are because my original belly ring was purchase through "Kustom Culture" which is where I normally go to and I never had any problems at all with it.
