We hired this firm and Mr. Pellerin, the owner, to find us an expert for an asylum case. He charged us $2500 and never produced the expert. The owner acts like a lawyer and tries to give legal advice. When you speak to him he starts telling callers about "government conspiracies" and accuses the government and immigration trial attorneys of manufacturing evidence. He maligns the govenment attorneys. Any other attorney who has a dispute with him is posted on his website as a "bad attorney." Judges who decide against his cases are also listed there. You can not call him as he will not pick up the phone. He will only return phone calls. He does not list an address for his company anyplace. It is a shady operation. He will not accept mail at his home or PO Box unless you tell him it is coming first. An investigation into his activities has been launched in NJ as many lawyers and clients have been ripped off by this man and his company. He is being investigated for the unauthorized practice of law in NJ, which is a crime. I also know that a law suit against him was won by a client and Mr. Pellerin was ordered by a Court to refund the client's money.instead he closed his bank accounts and is hiding his money so the courts can not garnish his wages to pay back the rightful owner of the money. This man will go to jail one day for his illegal and unethical practices. Stay away from him! Do not use this company for your cases or your clients!
