I.C. Systems calls demanding for a payment which is understandable.
However, not getting any help making the payment is what made me mad. I have till August 4th to make a payment, and I want to do it online so I can have a receipt in my hand. Their online system was not working at the time. I asked why, and they said sorry I have no idea. Please make a phone payment.
I told them I did not want to wait for a receipt. And they said "Please make a phone payment" 5 times in a row... I asked them what else I could do to get a receipt in my hand, and instead of helping, they acted like a robot...
If you read other reviews about this company, they have issues with mailing out receipts, being knowledgeable about their job, and helping you understand the fine writing.
This is why I wanted a receipt from the online system.
