I worked for Homes Investment Group, LLC. Riley R Lane, for 5 months inspecting reposessed homes. Homes Investment Group, more importantly Riley Lane project manager/owner/contractor Did NOT pay on time or in full during that 5 month period. There is always an excuse that his bank made a mistake, or the check is in the mail, or I just changed banks, theres a problem with this or that blah, blah, blah. Where's my money Riley?!?!?!?!
I performed the house inspections accurately in a timely manner for 5 months and for a very small amount of money! $3.00 per inspection while YOU were making a $4 profit off of my work. You get paid from the bank (a very large bank in america that I will not name here) if you get your money, pay me MY money! I caution all people interested in the home inspection business to NOT do business with Riley Lane! Or Homes Investment Group! He does NOT PAY!!!
