His electrical company is fraud a sham! If you were to believe his web site he is a multi-million dollar company with a huge warehouse, a fleet trucks, and a staff highly trained people. When infact he dosn't have a truck, any tools, or any means to purchase material.
His license has been revoked / inactive several times in the past two years. Herb Perez is a FRAUD. He isn't a licensed contractor: he's a part-time trade school teacher. Don't trust him!!
