I was not only ripped off by Sunrise Herb/Sage Advice but again by Chase Mastercard.
They billed me nearly $1500 although there were no transactions with the herb company.
From the start I notified Chase to put a hold on account or change no. And they refused.
To add insult to injury, while still in dispute, Chase has added $39 in late fees and over $22 in finance charges!
I have filed a complaint with the Controller of the Currency. As for the herb company, the CT. Atty. Gen. Has brought charges, Chase is aware of this and yet they continue to do business with frauds.
Chase said it is all MY fault because I gave the card no. To the herb co. How stupid can they be! Credit cards are supposed to protect us from these things happening!
