Beware! To these folks, "Open-Box" indicates "Missing Items" plus they are good with that. I bought a Jawbone Image from an advertisement having said that Open-Box. It arrived with no earbud that will suit me. As it was my next Image, I understand it had been designed to have a total range of headphones of various dimensions. After I reported they stated we we delivered you one - obviously it did not match. After I reported about this their solution was "Well it stated Open-Box".
