Unauthorized Charges to my card

I registered for this support online to acquire my credit history once-only! They've been getting my card for $30 for that previous a few months without my agreement. Their call-center was from the U. S advertisement they'd not provide me their contact info

This kind of advertising and register procedure is extremely misleading plus they understand it!
