There is one thing I must point out before I go on, and it is the fact that we weren't actually ripped off. We were able to get our money back pretty easily considering what happened. Now here's why it happened:
We weren't meant to be using this company in the first place. We asked my father to call U-Haul to arrange a truck to be sent/picked up for another party that is moving here. He however decided to call another company, to make things cheaper, and it ended up being Right Choice Moving.
Today the other party decided to call up the driver. This guy was intoxicated and started arguing about how the person was going to have to pay for a plane ticket back to California. This was not even mentioned in the original agreement that was made a few weeks before. He also said that it was HE who was going to make the decision of when and what date he was going to do the delivery.
