Hey T-Mobile,
Can you please explain to me why I have to pay $20 to have my defective phone replaced that is still under factory warranty. Seems very shady and a unjustified way to steal an extra $20 bucks from your customers. T-Mobile was very VERY high on my list of companies I gave good remarks too, now I'm counting down each day until my contract is up. Even considering just biting the bullet and paying $200 to get out of it. Shame. With this "warranty activation fee" its a win win for T-Mobile and a lose lose for consumers.
