He over-charges so when you request him about this he'll give you to his salon supervisor and you'll never reach keep in touch with him again. He'll not provide you with a reimbursement or credit and sometimes even correct his errors. This location S-UC-K-S!!! Do not proceed if you don't desire to be over-charged, have bad work completed and never obtain a return!
