I ordered the starter kit online at a reduced price. I saw that they would send additional cartriges after 30 days. After trying them I decided to go ahead and order a 30 day supply. While placing the order I made it clear that I would order more if needed and for them not to auto send more supplies. I checked my bank statement today which is 2 months after my order. There is a charge for 40.00 because they sent me more cartridges. I called and was told there was no record of my previous phone call. Well of course.
They agreed to credit my card but if I don't pay for the return shipping they say they will again charge my card.
DO NOT get caught up with these folks!!!
