Consistently bad service

Hello. I'm writing this because i cannot take the consistently bad service i receive from my local dunkin donuts on rt9 9 in bayville new jersey. I cannot begin to tell you how many orders they have gotten wrong on me in the past. It has reached the point where i feel like i am being looked at as the customer who always complains, when in fact if the order were done properly, they wouldn't even know i exist. I go to get my coffee every morning. Like most people i look forward to this and enjoy it, however it has actually become a source of stress and this is ridiculous. I alwys thought that customer service should be a priority for fast food restaurants, Well not at this Dunkin Donuts. It starts with the lack of a pleasant greeting, (How about " hello, Welcome Good morning, Hi, thanks for coming here and chosong to spend your hard earned money in a tough eceony so i can have a job etc etc etc...
Then after placing the order you get " $ 3.64) or whatever the price) pull up...
The greeting at the window is just as rude and abrupt... No hi, hello, good morning and forget about a thank you or have a good day. I know they're looking at me like (oh here is that guy again but believe me i have much better things to do than make a return trip to the store to get the correct item.

I'm way too busy for that and it's maddeningly frustrating to get on the road, take a sip of your coffee and find that it's not a light and sweet but a blueberry whatever... Or go to take a bite out of the toasted plain bagel with cream cheese you ordered only to find that they decided to give you a cinnamon raisin bagel with nothing on it... These are just a few examples of the literally dozens of examples i have of my experience with this store.

I have gone and spoke to mgmt several time but nothing seems to help. How hard is it to get a coffee order correct, what kind of system do they have in place to check an order before it's handed to the customer? Is there any kind of system used at all. I have a small Flip camer i keep in my car and i'm going to start filming these adventures and when it gets bad enough, maybe i can take it to the corporate office of Dunkin Donuts or put together a sort of Documentary ala Morgan Sperlock and post it on youtube for everyone to see how bad it is. Maybe that will move them to appreciate their customers businness and also do something to train their employees better.
