Cricket wireless phone service i bought a cricket phone over the internet on crickets website for $100.00 plus another $ 6. For their company fees so it came to $106.00 on july 1st 2011 (i am a current customer and my billing perio

I bought a phone from cricket wireless' website via credit card and never received it. It was supposed to be overnight delivery. I confirmed the money was taken from my account for that on july 1st 2011 and the next day it was never delivered, so, i checked the website and it said it was en-route to me. I figured there may be some delays possibly because of 4th of july, but thought it would be very unlikely for them to use that as an excuse,

So i waited til after 4th of july to inquire about it and found out my account was suspended and that they had charged another 105.00 on my account and said that if i do not pay it that they cannot give me any information about my missing phone. I did not pay it.instead i did a little research and found some other customer service numbers that may not be automated and would maybe give up some answers so i called and yes they were automated as well and would'nt give me any information about it until i authorize them to take another 105.00 from my card. So now i'm stuck and do not know what to do!
