Today I went in to Fantastic Sams in Hawaii Kai Town Center, to get a small which should be the easiest, most simple task for the salon. No coloring or anything difficult. I had been there before and gotten fairly good results, however this experience had changed my mind about going there again. The stylist decided to start cutting my hair before even asking what I wanted or even a simple hello. No common courtesy from anyone in the salon. The stylist I had did not even touch the scissors and used electric shears and a spray bottle as if the rest of the equipment was only for show, resulting in a unsatisfactory job. It only took 5 minutes to get it done. Unfortunately, there was no way the stylist would be fired since she was the managers wife. Because of this experience, I will not go to Fantastic Sams for a haircut, since this location cannot complete a simple task well, and is an indicator of what the corporation is like.
