Each time I used the kroger international phone card for the first 6 times the call does not get connected and then today the call goes thru and then the call is disconnected and charges me $2
the first time with no connection made nor voicemail. I phoned the customer service to reimburse me for that $2 and he just said sorry about that the best he could do was credit me. 40 cents.
THATS A RIP OFF. Plus for the second call placed on a land line that company charged me $1 and my call was not even connected. THATS rip off. Plus for the last 4 phonecards the same thing happened and once the company ripped me of $5 when placing a call from a land line.
It would be expected that a company as large as kroger would give better service. Makes me never want to buy a Kroger product and I for sure will not refer their products to my friends or family.
