I joined, then tried to access info in two cities; the website kept defaulting to an incorrect page. I called the 1-888 number to no avail - no one answered. I spoke today with a rude and condescending rep; 'I know that we always answer the phone and have lots of receptionists so you must have been dialing a wrong numberbut that's OK, I'll help you anyway'. You're kidding me, right??? That did it, I am done. I requested cancellation of my services and then had to jump through hoops to do that - 'I'm sorry, but I can't cancel you without knowing what's wrong.' "I don't want to use you, you are not providing what I need, cancel me now!' It took forever for them to finally cancel me.
