What a terrible company. I attempted to return an item whichwas nearly expired (had a package date of arrival date of January expired in March). When I informed them of this, they refused to process arefund stating their policy to never refund opened items. Only one problem:
You cant see the exp date without opening the package!
When I informed them that they had lost me as a customer andthat I would be sharing reviews on the web, they threatened me with this:
"Make sure you note that you didnt read our policy, ask question prior, or research what you were buying. We didnt have a gun toyour head telling you not to do any of these things.
We will also report you to BadCustomer.com and write dozensof reviews everyday on. If you are going to actunprofessionally so will we."
The phrase "gun to your head" should never be usedin an email to a customer. Order from this company at your own risk!!
